**Responsibilities**:

- Ingredients ordering for production usage from procurement staff.
- In-charge to collect the inventory from store to the kitchen.
- Planning, organizing and manage the kitchen inventory sufficient level stock and storage.
- Must follow FIFO concept for inventory usage.
- Set daily/weekly/monthly production planning and the ingredients.
- Ensure the kitchen is safe, clean and organized by set daily kitchen cleaning schedule.
- Ensure that all the work flow must comply food safety, HALAL requirements & HACCP standard.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 -2 years of working experience as kitchen supervisor from catering, chain restaurant or hotel.
- Good communicator with supervisory, organizing and staff management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
- Job placement at Central Kitchen, Seri Kembangan.
- 6 working days per week (every Sunday is rest day) from 8.00am to 6.00pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
