**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Help maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up-to-date.
- Assist with organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities.
- Answer employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support for various HR projects and initiatives.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to HR strategy discussions.
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a **Diploma** or **Degree** in **Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology**, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Eager to learn and develop skills in a real HR environment.
