1) You should contribute your expertise, idea and know how, stand firmly behind the company and championing for company’s cause and aspirations under whatever challenging environments and circumstances 2) You should know where to draw a line and how to strike a balance in your work and always motivated and positive, energetic and enthusiastic, always want to do more, perform better and willing to go extra mile and go full swing to achieve and exceed company’s KPI. 3) Responsible to achieve Company’s KPI 1) Responsible for achieving your personal target/KPI 2) Responsible for achieving all SOP 3) To comply with risk management and compliance at all times 4) Plan and schedule job activities such as roadshow, corporate sales, sales blitzes/one to one sales, tele-marketing, etc 5) To identify and acquire key accounts to increase sales 6) Maintain a good relationship with all customers, both indoor & outdoor to generate more sales 7) Support improvements to outlet for growing sales and profitability 8) Support company’s initiative such as 5S Program, ISO, branding requirements, audits and other quality management program 9) To bring in more sales to the outlet 10) Developing good relationships with staff and clients 11) Increasing outlet profitability, growing business volumes and improving market share 12) Identifying key trends, needs, development and competitive activities in the industry and communicating those back to the management 13) Proactively identifying sales and business opportunities, and executing action plans to improve profitability and market share 14) Supporting strategic direction of the company to grow sales and business 15) Identifying industry operations issues and championing solutions and best practices 16) Doing personal sales and assist sales team in prospecting for new customers 17) Manage time and plan work schedules to ensure targets/KPI is achieved 18) To achieve respective standard of performance (SOP) set out by the management 19) To be accountable for all integrity issues 20) Coordinate and conduct sales training 21) To pacify irate, fussy and difficult customers, both indoor and outdoor and avoid having to refer to higher authorities 22) To take up all job assignment delegate by management 23) To prepare report to management on a timely manner 24) To ensure total customer satisfaction 25) To assist management overseeing day to day business operation 26) To assist management to enhance the operation/processes 27) To report all issues and problems pertaining to the business 28) To find solution to solve all problems and challenges 29) To learn all techniques to talk to different customers and handling a wide range of customer complaints 30) Prepare weekly action reports t o monitor results for management’s review 31) Interact with departments within operations on a regular basis 32) Integrity and accountability in all aspect has to be reflected in your job
