1. Received & check for component from HQ and local suppliers.

2. Checking material quantity received is correct as per DO and quality conform to requirement standard.

3. Ensuring all components and accessories issued to production are tally and accurate as per picking list.

4. Update daily consumption of all materials in Exchequer to ensure inventories are correct and up to date.

5. Conduct daily, weekly stock check and raise request to CB to replenish and top up to safe balance level.

6. Housekeeping and maintenance of warehouse.

7. Ensure all processes are in accordance with health and safety procedures to avoid accidents at workplace.

8. Control manpower and staff overtime.

9. Co-ordinate with related department for out-going shipment arrangement.

10. Deal with transportation company for truck arrangement.

11. Attend HOD meeting and coordinate with other relevant departments to avoid delivery delay.

12. Training / coaching new staff.

13. Preparing reports as assigned by management.

**Job Scope**

1. Responsible for overseeing the operations of Raw material / FG warehouse and out-going shipment.

2. To assist in receiving, unloading, inspecting, and verifying all incoming supplies and reconciles with purchase orders.

3. Maintain 5S for the warehouse location (including indirect/direct materials like packaging, components, accessory, metal sheet & busbar.

4. Assure the integrity of the inventory through accurate process adherence and assist in conducting physical inventories.

5. Ensure timely material kitting for production.

6. Manage inventory FIFO/aging/expired items and inform MRP team for disposition.

7. Ensure timely training and onboarding of new employees.

8. Possess a basic knowledge of bar-coding procedures.

9. Manage safety stock to trigger for replenishment of indirect materials.

10. Practice safe warehouse procedures, identify potential hazards, and recommend improvements to standard procedures.

11. Ability to drive forklift when needed.

12. To undertake any duties assigned by superior from time to time

**Job Requirement**

2. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required

3. Knowledge of MS Office, MS Words, MS Excel & Power point.

4. Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin would be an added advantage

5. Able to work independently with minimum supervision

6. Able to communicate with all levels of people, resourceful and independent.

7. Ability to organize layout and space management for future capacity requirement of the warehouse.

8. Knowledge in inventory control procedure and SAP system is essential.

9. With logistics working experience and shipment arrangement

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
