Executive Club Lounge Manager

1. Responsible for lobby lounge daily shift operations and supervision of staff.
2. Supervise day-to-day operations of the Executive Club Lounge, including breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktail services.
3. Ensure the lounge environment is consistently welcoming, clean, and well-presented.
3. Handle VIP arrivals, departures, and special requests with the highest level of professionalism.
4. Coordinate with F&B, Housekeeping, and Front Office to provide smooth guest services.
5. Monitor operating costs and ensure efficient use of resources.
6. Manage inventory of supplies, amenities, and minibar items for the lounge.
7. Handles complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.
8. Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements where necessary.
**Requirements**:
**1.**Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a Front Office / Guest Relations role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory/managerial position with suitable 5 star Hotel experience.
2. Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
3. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
4. High level of professionalism, grooming, and guest service orientation.
5. Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
6. Knowledge of PMS/Front Office systems (e.g., Opera) preferred.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
