IT Officer

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage IT related hardware/software issues at both Corporate Office and stores.
- Troubleshoots IT related hardware/software issues at both Corporate Office and stores.
- Provides help desk and technical support to all end users.
- To standby and on call on weekend.
- Any other duties assigned by immediate superior.
- Support issues related to CCTV, POS System, 0365 at stores.
- Regular travel within and outside Klang valley for support activities

**Qualification & Experience**
- Diploma or Degree in IT or related discipline.
- Fresh graduate.
- Any work experience in the F&B industry is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of setting up coffee shops or restaurants.
- Basic understanding of the POS system (Point of Sales) will be an advantage.
- Clear understanding of ticketing system (Incidents & Service Requests)

**Skills**
- Proficient in 0365 software
- Proficient in computer hardware and cabling
- Proficient in CCTV knowledge
