**Working hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5.30pm**

**OT is provided, pantry with coffee machine**

**Job Scope**:
a) Responsible for preparing invoices and ensuring all invoices are printed and submitted to LHDN and customers.

b) Check (DO)Delivery Orders to ensure all corresponding invoices are printed.

c) Notify the Accounts Department to issue credit notes and debit notes when required.

d) Update and maintain records for sales tax exemptions.

e) Ensure down payment invoices/requests are issued and sent in a timely manner.

f) File documents (manual and e-filing), including invoices, delivery orders, etc.

g) Generate reports as requested by the superior.

h) Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
- **Requirements**:_

a) Minimum SPM or equivalent.

b) Good communication skill.

c) At least 1 years working experience in the related field for those without qualification.

d) Knowledge of computer and accounting will be an added advantage.

e) Experience in ISO 9001 or ISO 14001 Quality Environmental Management Systems will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
