The Overseas Region (MS/O) is responsible for large growth markets, small to medium-sized sales and marketing companies (MPCs), and importers' markets/general distributors for the Overseas Region. The region includes the markets Japan, South Korea, Australia/New Zealand, Southeast Asia, India, Middle East, Latin America, Turkey, Russia and South Africa. Job Responsibilities:
- As a Digital Media & Social Media Lead, you will be responsible for the operational execution of paid media activations and Social Media for regional markets. You will also align closely with the regional media lead, agencies and markets to assure optimal execution and governance for all activities.
- Recommend and refine regional media plans and media strategy to achieve optimal performance and plan execution.
- Alignment between stakeholders on budget and delivery timelines as well as the interplay between regional experience center (brand and always on) and local market campaigns (tactical and lifecycle).
- Analyze and report on success KPIs for efficient and effective media activations. Formulate actionable insights and recommendations for markets and management.
- Audience Strategies: Lead the work on relevant audience built up for a more personalized and focused media playout.
- Innovate and stay up to date on the latest developments in paid media and best practices to foster the learnings for the entire regional team.
- Align and work closely with other Region Overseas experience centers such as content to optimize the creative process and only create content and formats, which are needed.
- Support markets during transition into experience centers and implementations of RACI models.
- Development and implementation of social media strategy to build a strong, positive brand image and to increase reach across international markets.
- Conceptualization and implementation of social media measures and actions on the relevant social media channels (especially Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Tiktok) and their monitoring.
- Adaptation of ideas and concepts for content creation in collaboration with other teams.
- Constant trend and market analysis across social media platforms and markets. Qualification:
- Completed university degree in the field of marketing / communication science / business administration or a comparable qualification. MSc /MBA certainly a plus
- 6+ years' experience in digital marketing with focus on media planning, strategy & execution as well as in social media management.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills required. Must demonstrate analytical and strategic thinking.
- Proven to deliver challenging results and clear demonstration of project management and critical thinking.
- Experience in social media & media trends/developments and how to implement them into future campaigns and actions to improve user/customer engagement.
- Very good knowledge of social media community management (e.g. setting up campaigns for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Tiktok)
- Excellent understanding of digital communication
- Strong skills in intercultural understanding Language Skills:
- Fluent in English spoken and written and exceptional faculty of expression
- Additional languages are a plus Personal competencies:
