**Job Descriptions**
- To develop and implement sales planning and effective marketing strategies to achieve targets on the recruitment of new students.
- To plan and execute all online marketing campaigns including Facebook/instagram marketing etc on a continuous basis.
- Review and actively manage, maintain and monitor the company’s website and other social media platforms to improve the results on likes, shares etc.
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop prospect leads.
- Approach and organize meeting with potential stakeholders to promote and negotiate business opportunities.
- Oversee and deliver all marketing activities within agreed budget.
- Conduct market research in order to identify market needs, reaching new customers and retaining existing customers.
- Ensure follow up on all enquiries to be converted to student enrolment.
- Provide excellent and quality customer service at all time to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
- Present periodic update on budget, marketing plan reports and sales reports.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent organization skills, problem solving skills and communications skills.
- Active and outgoing personality in social media network, highly motivated, results
- oriented and able to work independently.
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office. Knowledge in Canva is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- 5.5 day work
- Possess own transport and willing to travel to Sri Petaling.
