**Position Title**:
Executive, Route Results

**Reports To**:
Manager, Financial Reporting

**Position Summary**:

- The Finance Executive - Route Result Cargo will play a pivotal role in analyzing and optimizing the financial performance by routes for cargo business. This individual will provide essential insights to support strategic decision-making, ensuring the profitability and sustainability of the cargo business.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Route Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis of individual routes, including revenue, cost, and profitability metrics, identify and compile the key drivers of route performance, such as load factors, average fares, and operating costs, and to prepare detailed financial reports and dashboards to track route performance and identify trends.
- Cost Management: Analyze route-specific costs, including fuel, labor, and maintenance expenses, identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement strategies to optimize spending, and collaborate with operational departments to ensure cost-effective route operations.
- Financial Forecasting: Prepare accurate financial forecasts for individual routes, considering factors such as market conditions, fuel prices, and competitive activity, and to provide insights to support strategic decision-making, including route expansion or contraction.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards, prepare accurate and timely the route result reports for the relevant stakeholders.

**Qualification & Working Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the airfreight industry
