Hotel Manager
**Job Description**:
- Manage hotel operation and supervise work all levels (receptionists, housekeeping, landscape, office employees, security etc.) and set clear objectives.
- Manage budgets/expenses, analyse and interpret financial information and
monitor sales and profits
- Develop and implement an intuitive and efficient marketing strategy to promote the hotel’s services
- Setting and achieving sales and profit targets, analysing sales figures and
devising marketing and revenue management strategies
- Plan activities and allocate responsibilities to achieve the most efficient
operating model
- Communicate with customers when appropriate (welcome them in the facilities, address their complaints, find solutions to problems, offer information etc.)
- Monitor employee performance and conduct regular evaluations to help
improve customer service.
- Deal with maintenance issues, supplies, shortages in staff or equipment,
renovations etc.
- Collaborate with external parties such as suppliers, contractor, travel agencies, event/conference planners etc.
- Evaluate hotel performance, inspect facilities regularly and enforce strict
compliance with health and safety standards
Job Requirements:

- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field and preferably
Managers specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or relevant
role.
- Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws
and guidelines
- Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset
- Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Outstanding leadership skills and a great attention to detail
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
