**Overview**:
**Salary**:
3,000 MYR ~ 4,500 MYR**Industry**:
Manufacturing(Electronics/Semiconductors)- Liaise with transporter and the clients to ensure timely deliveries.
- Liaise with overseas shipping team members to ensure timely payment and deliveries to be arranged.
- Liaise with customers and relevant parties to resolve any shipping matters/document issue.
- Communicate sales status internally with sales manager.
- Prepare monthly sales report and any reports as and when required.
- Arrange the meeting, business trip for managers
- Translate some documents Japanese-English
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:

- Language : English, Japanese(over N2 level)
- Education Background : At least Diploma/Graduate Diploma/Degree in any field
- Experience:
Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply. No working experience required.

- If you have some Sales support experience, it is advantage- Others : Computer literate such as: MS Excel, MS Office**English Level**:
