Business Analyst Executive

Business analyst plays as one of the main contributors in ensure the team work successfully. You are the communication bridge between the client with the development team. The way you interpret client messages determines a team’s delivery quality. Therefore, how well you understand a business requirement and translate it into solutions that fits user expectation is the critical success factor for a team because it determines our client satisfaction level. In our team, the requirements of a project are gathering progressively, therefore, the willingness of communication continuously for the team in order to ensure the success achieve in the team goal is the person that we are looking for in this role.

The way we shape user satisfaction toward a project is how well our delivery manages to assist client in their business. It shall not limit to the stage where we deliver the IT project to client, but we need to care as well for how fast our clients adapt in the delivery as well as improve the quality of maintenance for the delivery. In conclusion, the business analyst is responsible for closing the project by handover properly of the respective team’s work done to IT maintenance team.

**Job Scope (Junior)**

1) Collect requirement from client for a project

2) Interpret, analysis and evaluate client requirement in an acceptable agreed time frame

3) Create and maintain a requirement document that is up-to-date and accessible to all team members

4) Collaborate with programmers and QA engineers to develop clear and agreed-upon acceptance criteria for each feature

5) Help QA engineers to refine test cases

6) Conduct integrity testing before sending a feature to user acceptance testing

7) Plan, organize, and execute user acceptance testing

8) Create or update product knowledge documentation as a feature is launched

9) Deliver training on newly launched product knowledge to relevant stakeholders

**Requirements and Skills (Junior)**:
1) Proficient knowledge and skills in Excel, Power Point and Word

2) Have knowledge about process flow chart and wireframe is an additional plus.

3) Prefer to communicate and interact with people

4) Advantage if there was IT-related knowledge or working experience previously

5) Fresh graduate in IT-related or Business-related course encourage to apply

6) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

**Job Scope (Senior)**

1. Collect requirements from clients for projects.

2. Interpret, analyze, and evaluate client requirements within an agreed-upon time frame.

3. Provide alternative analyses to clients.

4. Create and maintain a requirement document that is up-to-date and accessible to all team members.

5. Collaborate with programmers and QA engineers to develop clear and agreed-upon acceptance criteria for each feature

6. Help QA engineers to refine test cases.

7. Work closely with the project manager to continuously manage user expectations and ensure the successful delivery of features.

8. Conduct integrity testing before sending a feature to user acceptance testing

9. Plan, organize, and execute user acceptance testing

10. Maintain the quality of the user acceptance testing period, including Reasonably estimating the testing period, controlling the testing process, and continuously following up on change requests and bug fixes.

11. Create or update product knowledge documentation as a feature is launched

12. Deliver training on newly launched product knowledge to relevant stakeholders

**Requirements and Skills (Senior)**:
1) Proficient knowledge and skills in Excel, Power Point and Word

2) Proficient knowledge in process flow chart and wireframe mock-up

3) Good communication and conflict management

4) Advantage if there was IT-related knowledge or working experience previously

5) Fresh graduate in IT-related or Business-related course encourage to apply
