Sales Executive

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. **Sales Management**
- Plan and oversee daily sales activities.
- Support and guide agents to meet sales targets.
- Schedule and conduct Aafiyat Talk events.
- Appoint speakers and provide sales tools for agents.
- Monitor agents' activity and performance regularly.
- Suggest improvements to sales activities.
2. **Communication**
- Share and explain marketing and sales campaign information from HQ.
- Respond to agents’ questions and provide clear guidance.
- Hold regular discussions with agents to evaluate sales activities.
- Help set monthly targets with agents.
3. **Inventory & Order Management**
- Check and analyze stock requests and availability.
- Place orders with warehouse and track deliveries.
- Keep stock records up to date.
- Conduct monthly cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
4. **Agent Engagement & Motivation**
- Communicate about motivational and spiritual programs.
- Encourage agents to participate in company-organized events.
- Collect agent feedback and suggestions.
- Monitor agent performance post-program.
5. **Agent Relationship Management**
- Engage with agents regularly through visits or talks.
- Handle agents’ concerns and provide solutions.
- Track and celebrate agent milestones (birthdays, achievements, etc.).
6. **Agent Recruitment Support**
- Assist new agents with tools and equipment.
- Monitor use of support materials.
- Provide solutions for any resource issues.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- **Education**:Bachelor’s Degree** or Diploma in any related field
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred but not required for entry-level.
- Good **communication skills**.
- Ability to **influence and engage with people**.
- General **people management skills**.
- **Word** - for report writing and documentation.
- **Excel** - for data tracking, sales performance, and inventory.
- **PowerPoint** - for presentations and agent briefings
- Familiar with **Microsoft Office Suite**.
- Comfortable using **telecommunication tools** (e.g., Zoom, Teams, WhatsApp)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
