Collaborate with various departments to gather information, prioritize tasks, and facilitate the development and execution of plans.
- Assist superior to monitor daily and weekly production order for product & monitoring units are build & shipped timely.
- Ensure production & relevant parties are updated with the weekly’s build plan.
- Adhere to planning procedures and performance metric assigned by supervisor to ensure efficient production processes.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accuracy and support seamless production operations.
- Provides regular updates on production progress and shipment status to Program Managers.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration / Logistics / Supply Chain or any related field.
- Fresh graduates or minimum 2 years related experience in planning or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines consistently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
