**Program Overview**:
This position is part of the **PROTÉGÉ program**, aimed at providing practical industry exposure to fresh graduates while supporting safety compliance at the project site. The PROTÉGÉ - **Site Safety Supervisor (SSS)** will assist the Safety & Health Department to ensure a safe working environment in compliance with relevant regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in implementing site safety procedures and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and report unsafe acts or conditions
- Support toolbox meetings and safety briefings
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times on site
- Monitor high-risk activities and assist in preparing Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
- Assist in maintaining safety records, incident reports, and audit findings
- Participate in site safety audits and inspections with internal or external parties
- Coordinate emergency response drills and site safety campaigns
- Support the preparation of monthly safety reports and documentation
- Report directly to the Site Safety Supervisor and Safety Officer

**Requirements**:

- Malaysian citizen aged 18-30
- Possess a Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Physically fit to work at construction sites
- Good communication and observation skills
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
