Position : SITE SUPERVISOR
ON-SITE PROJECT

Salary : RM 5,000 (Depends on experience)

**Job Description / Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the project: managing the leasing of machinery at construction sites (Sungai Siput)
- Experience in operating construction site management (soil transportation) and possession of CIDB certification (preferred)
- 3-month probation period
- Basic construction equipment manage & maintenance knowledge (excavator, dumper truck, compactor)
- Site daily routine arrangement matter, exp dealing with person in charge regarding machine maintenance, site safety, site workers performance control, cost saving, production control.
- Collaborate with Office team & Project Manager to manage site project production
- Coordinate communication: act as an intermediary to facilitate communication between management and operational staff, ensuring smooth information flow and timely problem resolution.
- Supervise repair work: oversee on-site repair work, ensuring adherence to work plans and standard operating procedures to maintain repair quality and efficiency.
- Stock Management (Manage repair materials) ensure an adequate supply of materials, spare parts, and other resources required for repairs, coordinate timely distribution, and minimize repair time and costs by weekly / monthly.
- Manage staff attendance: collaborate with the office team to manage workers' attendance, maintain accurate records, and ensure accurate calculation of project staff salaries.
- Team management: work with team leaders to manage the work tasks, efficiency, and performance evaluation of team members, ensuring stable and efficient team operation.
- Reporting: regularly report project progress to superiors, provide timely feedback on issues and suggestions, and assist management in making informed decisions.
- Safety management: responsible for on-site safety management, develop and implement safety procedures to ensure safe production and minimize the likelihood of accidents.
- Training and guidance: organize regular training and provide guidance to workers to enhance their skills and work efficiency, improving the overall team quality.
