**Admin cum Account Assistant (Full-Time)**
**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
**Location**:
Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur North Point Tower A
We are looking for a responsible and organized **Admin cum Account Assistant** to join our team. This position involves handling general administrative tasks and assisting the in-house accounts department with basic accounting duties.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in daily administrative and office operations
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as data entry, payment preparation, and filing
- Maintain proper record-keeping and documentation
- Assist in preparing invoices, quotations, and payment vouchers
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments as needed
- Support HR-related administrative matters when required
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Accounting, or related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting work (no need full set)
- Good communication skills, responsible, and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
