Key Responsibilities: Handle accounts payable and receivable, including processing supplier invoices and issuing customer receipts.
- Reconcile daily sales reports from outlets with bank transactions and accounting entries.
- Verify and record supplier delivery orders, invoices, and purchase orders, ensuring alignment with stock and inventory records.
- Manage petty cash claims, staff reimbursement claims, and outlet cash collection reports.
- Update and maintain accounting records, ledgers, and documentation. Assist in preparing monthly financial reports including income statements and expense breakdowns for outlets.
- Coordinate with outlet managers and suppliers on billing discrepancies or missing documentation.
- Support month-end closing activities and stock adjustment entries. Perform bank and payment gateway reconciliations (e.g., Maybank, TnG, Boost).
- Maintain proper filing of all accounting documents for audit and compliance purposes.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience in F&B accounting is an added advantage.
- Familiar with accounting software (e.g Bukku) and Microsoft Excel.
- Able to handle high volume of transactions and meet deadlines.
- Good attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
