Assistant HR Manager

Job Description:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall objectives.
2. Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a high-performance culture.
3. Collaborate with senior management to understand business goals and translate them into HR initiatives.
4. Lead workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.
5. Develop and implement effective onboarding processes and programs.
6. Manage employee relations, addressing and resolving workplace issues.
7. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring HR practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
8. Implement performance management systems to drive continuous improvement.
9. Lead the development and execution of employee training and development programs.
10. Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
11. Conduct regular market analysis to ensure the organization's compensation strategy is competitive.
12. Handle payroll & statutory (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, PCB) processing, time and attendance tracking, and other related processes.
13. Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and adjust policies and practices accordingly.
14. Familiarity with Malaysia’s labor laws and related foreign worker policies and regulations, with practical experience in handling foreign worker visas, work permits, and related operational tasks.
Job Requirements
1. Min. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 5-10 years' experience in a senior HR leadership role in Manufacturing Industry.
3. In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation.
4. Proficient in Recruiting or Employee Relationship practice in Malaysia.
5. Be a strong self-starter and have a proactive “can-do” attitude, with the ability to work through ambiguities and deliver high-quality results.
6. Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
