Tasks

We achieve this in a hybrid approach of combining state-of-the-art cloud systems like BY TMS, SAP ByDesign, and carrier integrations with our global on-premise SAP S/4HANA ERP backbone system. As an IT Business Analyst, you will provide professional advice to logistics business partners and are responsible for translating new business requirements into value adding sustainable IT an agile approach you are collaborating with business product owners and partner with developers to elaborate convincing solution alternatives. This includes to work with user stories and define technical specifications, perform system configuration, execute testing, and support the end-to-end solution lifecycle. **Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science or in a related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in a Logistics related IT environment ideally experienced in SAP S/4HANA and/or Transport Management solutions like BlueYonder TMS.
- Ideally used to work in a distributed Agile Software Development setting (experience utilizing agile delivery processes and tool chain).
- Ability to effectively and target oriented communicate complex concepts to a non-technical and technical audience consisting of different levels of communication partners in English (verbal and written).
- Proven business acumen and passion for logistics and customer orientation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player approach with the ability to connect with global partners to bond, inspire, influence and accomplish goals.
- Hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial mindset paired with strong sense for ownership and product quality to implement and support IT solutions in Last Mile and Replenishment Logistics.
