Position: Customer Service Executive (Voice & Non Voice)
Location: Puchong KL
Duration: 18 Months Contract
Experience :As per JD

Language : English and Bahasa Malay ( Mandarin or Tamil is an added advantage.)

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Process orders, refunds, exchanges, and service requests.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
- Provide product and service information clearly and effectively.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.
- Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in preparing reports on customer feedback and service performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy regulations, and Malaysian customer service standards.
- ⸻Requirements
- SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field (depending on employer requirement).
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or Tamil is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Good phone etiquette and ability to handle difficult customers.
- Basic computer and typing skills; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, or public holidays (role-dependent).
- Prior experience in customer service or call center is an advantage but not always required.
