Responsible as a key player in shaping and executing our marketing strategies to drive growth and brand awareness. You will work closely with the sales team and cross company related teams, as well as cross-functionally with other departments, to ensure alignment and effectiveness in our marketing efforts.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns that drive business growth and meet revenue targets.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives.

3. Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, events, etc.)

4. Manage and create contents for company official social media.

5. Collaborate with related teams content creators to develop compelling and relevant content for different marketing channels and audience segments.

6. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends and develop marketing strategies that align with customer needs and expectations.

7. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.

8. Identify and develop strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand reach, enhance brand credibility, and drive growth.

9. Manage the overall marketing budget and allocate resources to various aspects of the marketing process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successful marketing strategy development and execution.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and mentor a team of professionals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including digital marketing channels.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions that align with business objectives.
- 9. Experience in social media handling, content creation, management and current trends.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
