General Finance Clerk

Job Responsibilities: 1. Assisting in data-entry and general clerical job. 2. Handling and managing all paperwork related to the Finance Dept. 3. Coordinating and assisting in daily work operations to team. 4. Maintaining strict confidentially of assignments given. 5. Processing bills, receipts, and other office documents. 6. Entering and verifying financial data. 7. Ensuring all documents are properly signed and distributed. 8. Undertaking any other duties/tasks assigned by Superior if needed. Job Requirements: 1. Minimum SPM Level or above. 2. Prioritization and multitasking abilities. 3. Having data entry experience or related office experience. 4. Proficient computer literacy: Excel; MS Office; Google spreadsheet; etc. 5. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 6. Good attention to detail and be extremely meticulous. 7. Having strong analytical skills and ability to work with minimum supervision.
