**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Location Scouting**:Identify and evaluate potential new location, considering factors such as demographics, foot traffic, competition, and market trends
- **Market Research**:Conduct thorough market research to determine the demand for our products and assess the competitive landscape in target areas
- **Neotiation**:Negotiate lease and purchase agreements, securing favourable terms and conditions that align with the company's goals and budget
- **Financial Analysis**:Develop financial projections and assess the feasibility of new locations, ensuring they meet profitability and return on investment criteria
- **Relationship Management**:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with property
- owners, brokers, and landlords to facilitate smooth transactions and future opportunities.
- **Site Visits**:Conduct on-site visits and property inspections to assess suitability, condition, and potential renovations required for new locations
- **Project Management**:Oversee the development and build-out of new restaurant locations, ensuring they meet brand standards and timelines
- **Reporting**:Provide regular reports and updates to HOD on the progress of real estate activities, renovation progress and market insights

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in managing Real Estate and Leasing preferably in the retail/food & beverage industry
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Sound knowledge in project management and construction
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Strong organizational skill and able to work in fast-paced environment - ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and prioritize work
- Quality Management - Looks for ways to improve and promote quality
- Cost Consciousness - constantly look for opportunity to reduce capital expenditure
- Ethics - Works ethically and with high integrity
- Self-motivator - takes initiative and follows through till closure
- Reasoning - Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Travel is required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
