We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our growing team.

**Role Overview**:
As an Architectural Designer at Godeco Services, you will be responsible for developing creative and functional design solutions, preparing detailed architectural plans, and ensuring projects meet client specifications and regulatory standards. This role requires expertise in architectural design principles, project planning, and proficiency in design software to deliver high-quality architectural outcomes from concept to execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Conceptual and Schematic Design**
- Develop and present architectural concepts and initial design solutions based on client requirements, budget, and site conditions.
- Prepare sketches, 3D models, and other visual representations to communicate design intent effectively.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to refine design concepts and incorporate feedback.

**Detailed Architectural Drawings and Documentation**
- Produce detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards.
- Coordinate with engineers and other consultants to integrate structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), and environmental considerations into the design.

**Project Planning and Coordination**
- Develop project timelines and manage the design schedule to meet project milestones and deadlines.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure that design specifications are implemented accurately on-site.
- Attend site visits, client meetings, and design reviews to address design queries and ensure alignment with project objectives.

**Design Revisions and Compliance**:

- Revise designs and documentation as necessary based on client feedback, site conditions, or regulatory requirements.
- Perform quality checks to ensure all designs are accurate and adhere to project specifications.
- Ensure design solutions meet sustainability and environmental standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in in Architecture, Architectural Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Architecture, Architectural Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, V-Ray.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, industry standards, and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with materials, construction processes, and engineering principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and articulate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
