Job Overview:
We’re seeking an attention to detail HR Admin to support our team with day to day administrative task. This role is very essential for maintaining employee records management, handling HR letter and documentation, supporting payroll process and managing offboarding activities.
Job Responsibilities:

- **Employee Records Management**:
- Maintain 100% accurate employee records
- Update employee files and records within 48 hours
- **HR Letter and Documentation**:
- Draft and issue HR- related letters in both English and Bahasa Melayu ; Confirmation Letter, Increment Letters, Termination Letter & Warning Letters
- Ensure all letters are issued within 24 hours of receiving confirmed details
- **Payroll Support**:
- Submit employee movement updates to the Finance Department by the 25th of each month
- **Offboarding**:
- Conduct exit interviews professionally and empathetically
- Ensure safe custody and proper documentation of exit interview form
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human resource Management, Business Administration or related field
- 1-3 years’ experience in HR admin or generalist
- Able to draft official letters in both English & Malay
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
