Key Responsibilities

1. Process Transformation & Optimization
- Lead transformation initiatives by analyzing and redesigning workflows across operations, logistics, retail, and customer service.
- Identify inefficiencies, implement best practices, and champion automation or digitization efforts that support lean, scalable growth. across operations, logistics, retail, and customer service. - Identify inefficiencies and recommend low

2. Retail SOP Standardization
- Develop, update, and enforce SOPs for kiosk
- level operations (stock handling, POS, customer interaction, hygiene).
- Ensure frontline staff can easily execute SOPs with mínimal supervision.

3. Cross-Functional Alignment
- Collaborate with Marketing, HR, Inventory, and Customer Service to align processes and expectations.
- Act as the link between outlet teams and HQ operations.

4. System Enablement
- Support the rollout of POS, inventory, and CRM systems across outlets.
- Assist in testing and onboarding kiosk teams to new tools.

5. Performance Monitoring
- Establish operational KPIs (e.g., sales per outlet, inventory variance, cashier speed).
- Build dashboards and provide insights to management monthly.

6. Expansion Process Support
- Create outlet expansion frameworks: launch checklist, staffing guides, setup procedures. - Support new kiosk openings until stabilized.

7. Transformation Enablement & Change Management
- Guide staff and team leads through transformation efforts with clear training, SOP onboarding, and communication.
- Champion a continuous improvement culture and lead structured rollouts of new or redesigned processes. and support teams on new processes.
- Lead change initiatives with clear communication and follow-up.

8. Risk & Compliance
- Identify operational risks and implement preventive measures (e.g., SOP enforcement, staff audit).
- Ensure compliance with mall, regulatory, and brand standards.

Experienced Required

1. 4-6 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or retail management, preferably within the kiosk, F&B, or mass-market retail sectors.

2. Hands-on experience in implementing SOPs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving performance improvements.

3. Proficiency in basic business tools such as Google Workspace, Excel dashboards, and retail systems (POS/CRM).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
