**Responsibilities**:

- Handle bookings, inquiries, and complaints on shipment from customers
- Assist customers in resolving service issues, complaints, and claims compensation effectively.
- Liaise with Operations Team to achieve efficient resolution of customer esquires and issues.
- Effective in arranging for shipment pick up.
- Provide updates to customers on shipment tracking status.

**Requirement**:

- Diploma holder in any disciplines
- Minimum 1-year experience in a similar capacity will be an advantage added.
- Proficient in both oral and written English & Bahasa Malaysia.

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 per month
