**Job Title**:Accounts Assistant

**Reports to**:Finance & Account Manager

**Minimum Requirement**
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy (Hons)
- 1 - 2 years experiences
- Experience in Account Payable and Account Receivable role
- Experience in handling full set of account
- Have knowledge in using UBS/Auto Count/any accounting system
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Possess own transport

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Review and verify vendor invoices for accuracy in details like quantities, prices, and discounts.
- Schedule and process vendor payments, and respond to vendor financial inquiries.
- Manage and record petty cash transactions, process reimbursements, and handle payment approvals.
- Perform daily financial tasks, including recording accounts payable data and tracking expenses.
- Enter financial transactions accurately into the AutoCount Accounting software.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure financial records are correct.
- Assist with month-end processes by providing necessary documentation.
- Maintain and update departmental documents such as payment and cash vouchers.

**Salary & Benefits**
