We are looking for a **Purchasing Specialist** who is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, components, and services essential for semiconductor manufacturing. This role ensures timely delivery, cost efficiency, and supplier compliance to support smooth production operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and procure semiconductor-related materials (e.g., wafers, chemicals, equipment parts) based on production and engineering requirements.
- Evaluate and manage supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and service.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with local and international suppliers.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Planning, Engineering, Quality, Finance) to ensure accurate and timely procurement.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to avoid material shortages or overstock.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, quality standards, and industry regulations.
- Assist in cost reduction initiatives and supplier development programs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of purchasing experience, preferably in a semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of semiconductor materials and supply chain dynamics is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate in Chinese language is a bonus, due to collaboration with our China counterparts.
