HR Admin Assistant

**Job Descriptions**:
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR & admin functions and duties.
- Assist payroll and billing matters.
- Assist maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist to ensure inventory record accurate.
- Assist in recruitment and conduct interviews and facilitate the hiring process.
- Assist in internal office purchasing.
- Any other ad-hoc assignments as per assigned by HOD.
**Job Requirements**:
- Required language(s)**:Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin**:
- **Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
