Position: Sales and Marketing Director (Asia Region)

Report to: China GM

Workplace: China, Malaysia, or Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow company Asia strategy to create and update yearly strategy and objectives of Sales and Marketing function;
- Develops sales management capabilities, and build a cohesive and high-performance team;
- Develop new business opportunities in targeted industry sectors (non-consumer industries);
- Create relevant policies and budget plan to support the sales target (incentive policy, bidding procedure etc.);
- Establish & enhance customer intimacy with decision makers of potential customers, analyze and understand customer strategies, future product plans and

growth activities in order to establish penetration strategies for new market

opportunities.
- Maintain customer relationships, make convincing proposals and negotiate contracts;
- Provides sound leadership, management, coaching and training to sales and marketing team.
- Present sales target & progress, as well as the deployment of sales strategy to the management

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory, Master’s degree is preferred;
- Minimum 10 years sales & marketing experience in Electronic manufacturing service (EMS) industry with at least 5 years at sales management position; experience in Asia and Europe market is preferred;
- A business-driven person with strong business and commercial sense, as well as proven track record of profitable business growth;
- Strong leadership to drive and inspire performance of sales teams;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer-oriented and commercial mindset;
- Excellent command of English and Mandarin; Mastering a third language is a good plus.
- Frequent business travel is required.
