**Salary Range**: RM 3,500 - RM 4,500, based on experience and capability

We are seeking a versatile HR Generalist to manage our comprehensive HR tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, compliance with Malaysian labor laws, KPI reviews, and commission calculations. This role is pivotal in ensuring our HR operations align with our strategic objectives to enhance overall company performance and employee satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment and Hiring**: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to the final selection, to secure top talent.
- **Payroll and Benefits Administration**: Execute payroll operations accurately and on time, manage benefits programs, and ensure precise commission calculations.
- **Performance Management**: Conduct regular KPI reviews to assess and enhance employee performance in alignment with business goals.
- **Compliance and Legal**: Ensure all HR activities are compliant with current Malaysian labor laws and standards.
- **Training and Development**: Coordinate training and development programs to address skill gaps and promote career growth among employees.
- **Contract Management**: Draft and maintain employment contracts and ensure they meet all regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 3 years experience in related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, with expertise in performance management, payroll, and compliance.
- Thorough knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation and payroll practices.
- High proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a dynamic team environment.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
