Interior Designer

**About Ho Ye**
The company is an interior and architectural design company. We focus on providing design services for projects at different country with different culture shares. We work remotely/ work-from-home. We are looking for talents from different country/ cultures to join us.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- To assist the Senior Designer in Concept, Schematic Design, Design Development & Tender Documents.
- To assist in the daily function of the designer in design; design development and administration of the Interior Design and Architectural projects, and design research.
- To assist in the production of drawings and documents for quotations and procurement of Contractors.
- To assist in preparing presentation materials under the supervision of a Senior Designer.
- To assist in coordination with client, contractors, and consultants.
- To manage design execution on site(depending on the project's scope of works/ country/ location).

**Min. Job Requirements**
- Degree in Interior Design/ Architecture
- Able to work independently
- Able to work remotely/ from home
- Well-versed with AutoCAD, Sketchup
- Knowledge of Enscape/ 3D max is a strong advantage
- Good working attitude, proactive and hardworking.
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Proficient in writing of English and Mandarin
