**Position Overview**:
Working closely with experienced project managers and cross-functional teams to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, communication, and problem-solving. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into project management methodologies and tools while contributing to the successful delivery of projects.

**Scope**:

- **Project Coordination**:Assist project managers in organizing project activities, tasks, and timelines. Track project progress and maintain project documentation.
- **Communication**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear and effective communication. Distribute project updates, meeting agendas, and follow-up notes as needed.
- **Documentation**:Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk registers, and issue logs.
- **Task Monitoring**:Monitor project tasks, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion. Identify and communicate potential delays or roadblocks to the project manager.
- **Risk Management**:Assist in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies. Update the risk register and escalate critical risks to the project manager.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address inquiries. Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- **Data Analysis**:Collect and analyze project data to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement in project processes.
- **Meeting Support**:Participate in project meetings, take meeting minutes, and assist in tracking action items. Ensure that follow-up actions are completed in a timely manner.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Contribute ideas for improving project management processes, templates, and tools.
- **Learning and Development**:Take advantage of learning opportunities to enhance your understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

**Experience and Education**:

- Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience currently pursuing in a relevant degree program (e.g., Engineering, IT or any related fields) or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to changing project requirements.
- Basic understanding of project management concepts (previous coursework or relevant experience is a plus).
