A project admin is responsible for coordinating project activities, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication to help project managers meet deadlines and stay within budget. Key duties include scheduling meetings, creating and distributing project documents, tracking progress and expenses, and liaising with team members and external vendors. Key responsibilities
- **Project coordination**: Assist in developing project plans, setting deadlines, and breaking down projects into manageable tasks.
- **Documentation and administration**: Create, organize, and distribute all necessary project documents and records, such as project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- **Communication**: Act as a central point of contact by liaising with team members, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure everyone is informed and aligned.
- **Scheduling and logistics**: Schedule and coordinate project meetings, manage calendars, and organize resources.
- **Budget and expense tracking**: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and process invoices to ensure the project stays within financial constraints.
- **Progress monitoring**: Track project progress, identify potential risks, and report on project performance to the project manager.
