**What You’ll Do**

**Unleash Your Creativity**
- Bring ideas to life by designing captivating marketing collaterals, from brochures and flyers to digital mailers and social media posts.
- Craft visually stunning landing pages, banners, and website elements that leave lasting impressions.
- Develop and manage eye-catching print and digital materials to support campaigns and events.

**Be the Brand Guardian**
- Uphold and evolve brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver top-notch creative materials for both product and corporate needs.

**Strategize & Execute**
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to ideate innovative marketing and advertising strategies.
- Liaise with suppliers for quotations and oversee the production of marketing materials.

**What We’re Looking For**

**Education & Experience**
- A Diploma (or higher) in Graphic Design, Creative Multimedia, or an equivalent field.
- At least 2 years of experience in the property development, F&B, retail, or lifestyle industry.

**Skills That Wow**
- Mastery of design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and video/photo editing software.
- Exceptional creativity paired with meticulous attention to detail.
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication abilities in English. Bonus points for proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
