**Customer Engagement**: Engage with customers who visit the dealership or showroom, or who inquire online or via phone, to understand their needs and preferences regarding Proton vehicles.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of Proton vehicles, including their features, specifications, performance, and benefits, in order to effectively communicate this information to customers and assist them in making informed purchase decisions.
- **Sales Consultation**: Provide personalized consultation and guidance to customers throughout the sales process, including recommending suitable vehicle models, explaining financing options, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- **Test Drives**: Arrange and conduct test drives for interested customers, allowing them to experience Proton vehicles firsthand and helping them assess the vehicle's suitability for their needs.
- **Sales Negotiation**: Negotiate sales terms, pricing, and financing arrangements with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements and facilitate the vehicle purchase process.
- **Documentation and Administration**: Assist customers with completing necessary paperwork and documentation related to vehicle purchases, including sales contracts, financing agreements, and vehicle registration.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and assistance even after the sale is completed, to ensure customer satisfaction and promote customer loyalty.
- **Sales Targets**: Work towards achieving sales targets set by the dealership or Proton, striving to meet or exceed sales quotas while delivering exceptional customer service.
- **Market and Competitor Analysis**: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences in the automotive industry to effectively position Proton vehicles and identify opportunities for sales growth.
- **Promotional Activities**: Participate in promotional events, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives organized by the dealership or Proton to drive customer traffic, generate leads, and increase sales.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
