**Key Responsibilities**:
CCTV Monitoring:

- Proficient in sustanide CCTV Monitaring
- Maintain and manage CCTV system, ensuring they are operational at all times

Data Management
- Collect, organize and maintain IT Team data including ICT Form, CCTV footage and other related data
- Ensure data collection well-kept and accessible

Reporting
- Prepare and submit regular CCTV reports, including incident reports and request summaries
- Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Assist in the creation of project reports, status updates and presentations

Project Assistance
- Provide administrative support to project manager and teams
- Assist in the planning, exeecution and monitoring of projects
- Maintain project documentation

Communication and Coordination:

- Collaborate with other security personnel, including Enforcement Executives, to coordinate a swift and effective response to security incidents.
- Communicate relevant incident information clearly and promptly to ensure appropriate action is taken.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Record detailed information about observed incidents, including timestamps, locations, and descriptions.
- Prepare incident reports with accurate and comprehensive information for review by supervisors and other stakeholders.

Equipment Operation:

- Operate and manage CCTV equipment, ensuring cameras are positioned correctly and providing optimal coverage.
- Report any technical issues or malfunctions promptly to the technical team for resolution.
- Assist in routine system checks and ensure the proper functioning of CCTV hardware.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills related to surveillance, threat detection, and incident response.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree or equivalent; additional certifications in Information Technology, or related fields are a plus.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in operating and navigating CCTV systems and associated software.
- Quick decision-making abilities and the capability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive information.

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
