- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, legal professionals, financial institutions, and other relevant parties.
- Review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all necessary documentation.
- Work with legal teams to prepare and review settlement agreements and related documents.
- Identify and address any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the settlement process.
- Collaborate with relevant parties to find solutions and ensure a smooth settlement.
- Verify financial details and reconcile accounts to ensure accurate settlement amounts.
- Address any discrepancies or discrepancies in financial transactions.
- Maintain organized and detailed records of all settlement activities.
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external audits.

**; Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (finance, business, real estate, etc.).
- Proven experience in settlement coordination, preferably in the financial or real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to settlements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
