**The Position**: We are seeking motivated interns to join our dynamic and transformative team. This role offers fully remote work arrangements.

**What We Do**: With our team of expert consultants, we’ve supported numerous clients since 2014 on a variety of change projects. Our teams focus on providing training in change management, adult learning, and education, delivering effective and attractive experiences to support our clients’ core business. We provide customer service and advisory support to our community and business partners on systems and processes, ensuring end-to-end process completion in line with customer-focused principles. We drive change and enable continuous improvement in all we do.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- **Instructional Design**: Assist in planning, organizing, updating, and developing training content to meet specific needs. Analyze learning needs, work with SMEs to develop course content, and create web-based or instructor-led courses. Track and analyze training program effectiveness.
- **Customer Engagement**: Provide customer service on eLearning-related activities, support system maintenance and project activities, and advise on global Learning systems and processes.
- **Operations**: Manage learning and servicing tools, participate in project activities, ensure continuous improvement and service enhancement, and align service delivery with global objectives.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Build relationships with HR colleagues and customers, collaborate with peers globally to ensure consistent service delivery, and drive global consistency.
- **Organizational Change Management**: Support organizational change initiatives, help design and implement change management strategies, and ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
- **Research and Development**: Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, incorporate new methods and technologies into training programs, and drive innovation in instructional design.
- **Outputs & Deliverables**: Contribute to performance improvement, achieve high customer satisfaction, provide feedback and advice, and create educational content.
**What You Bring**:
- **Qualifications**: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree.
- **Skills**: Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus. Basic knowledge of e-content authoring tools (Articulate Presenter, Storyline, Lectora, etc.), digital technology, and editing software packages (Adobe Creative Suite).
- **Attributes**: Creative mind and storytelling skills, knowledge of eLearning concepts (SCORM, AICC, ADDIE), strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a keen interest in instructional design and development.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: From RM850.00 per month
