Conduct Service Reminder to customer through SMS and phone call to ensure consistent service intakes of dealership.
- Liaise and communicate with dealer internal staff/management to ensure prompt and effective reply of Dealer Service Level Agreement (DSLA) through Customer Relation Management System.
- Coordinate and record customer's appointment booking and plot the capacity planning to ensure smooth flow of operations in Service Department.
- Conduct Post Service Follow Up with customers to measure customer satisfaction for improvement activities.
- Handle customer's concern (Voice of Customer), analyse root cause and propose improvement activities.
- Perform any other duties as may be specified by the Company from time to time.

**Requirement**:
a) Minimum SPM/Certification/Diploma in any field of study.
c) Cheerful and smiley face always.
d) Good communication and interpersonal skills.
e) Language required: English & Bahasa Malaysia.
