Main responsibilities:

- ️Handle inbound calls for SG market
- ️Solving customer's enquiries or complaints regarding products or services
- ️Promoting current promotion or package to the call-in customers (when chance arise)
- Provide accurate information on product and service to the customer.

Remunerations:

- Basic salary up to RM4000
- Quarterly incentives RM800 - RM1800 max
- Shift allowance RM350 fixed
- Other allowance: transport allowance, meal allowance, language allowance, OT claims and etc

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduate Degree holders are welcome
- SPM and Diploma holders with call center experiences are encouraged to apply
- Call center experiences in banking line is added advantage
- Open race and gender.
- Mandarin proficiency is added advantage

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
