**Internship at R&D & QC Team (Food Flavouring)**

Scentium, the flavour division of the Iberchem Group, is a global food flavour manufacturer with a commercial presence in over 100 countries and production centers in Europe, LATAM, North Africa, and Asia. **Scentium (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd** is a food and beverage flavouring manufacturing company based in **Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam, Malaysia**.

**Role Description**
This is an internship program, on-site role for a Research and Development Intern located in Kota Kemuning. The intern will be responsible for:
Daily task in R&D Compounding Lab
- Sample compounding (liquid, powder & emulsion).
- Ensure materials' stock level in lab.
- Involve sensory evaluation preparation for both matching trials/ sample's quality.
- Assist flavourists/ flavourist trainees to compound the trials when compounding skill is well trained.
- To maintain lab cleanliness.

Daily task in R&D Application Lab
- Involve sensory evaluation preparation for the lab and sales team.
- To maintain lab cleanliness.

**Qualifications**
- Skills in Research and Development (R&D) and Laboratory Skills
- Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Degree in Food Science or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A keen interest in the flavour industry and innovative R&D practices

**Internship period : From August 2025 onwards.**
