**Job Scope**:

- **Cost Management**:

- Manage costs for building and construction projects from inception to delivery.
- Strive for efficient use of resources while ensuring quality standards and meeting client requirements.
- Analyze costs for maintenance and additional building needs.
- **Tendering and Procurement**:

- Prepare and perform tendering, costing, estimation, and quotation evaluation and analysis.
- Work with the Purchasing department to plan and execute procurement activities, including subcontracting.
- Review contract drawings and documents, highlighting any deviations from the tender.
- **Contract Administration**:

- Prepare contracts and related documentation.
- Administer and coordinate site orders for materials with the procurement team.
- Ensure claims are up-to-date, accurate, and comprehensive.
- **Project Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Monitor and prepare project progress claims, variation orders, and omissions with contractors/suppliers.
- Track and report on progress and costs of maintenance and construction projects.
- **Maintenance Work Support**:

- Provide support for the financial and contractual aspects of maintenance projects.
- Prepare and manage tender documents or contracts for maintenance works.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and the QS team for seamless execution.
- Maintain accurate records of financial and contractual documents related to maintenance.
- **General Responsibilities**:

- Handle additional tasks as assigned.

**Job Requirement**:

- Good organization and planning skills as well as the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and contract administration.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Excel, cost estimating software).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Independent, positive attitude, self-motivated, aggressive, and good discipline.
- Ability to manage project cost, handle contract, administration works and regulate good contract documentation.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
