**CANTONESE - Customer Support Translation/interpretation night shift**:

**Job Title: QA (Cantonese Speaker) from BPO/Call center background**
**Designation: Associate/Sr. Associate Quality**
- Experience: Minimum 3 years industry experience with minimum 1 year experience in role applied for
- Language proficiency required: Cantonese, English
- Shifts: Permanent night shift, shift allowances provided
- Work mode : Full time office mode, 5 days per week (any 2 days off)
- Working hours: 9 PM to 6 AM / 10 PM to 7 AM
- Type of Hiring : 1 year renewable contract (long term project, may convert to permanent based on performance)
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Conduct Transaction Quality Audits
- Provide Feedbacks and suggestions for improvement
- Publish Dashboards at defined intervals
- Drive Quality and process improvement initiatives
- Data Analysis - Strong Analytical skills with an ability to draw conclusions from data(Error Analysis and Root Cause
- Analysis for process deviations)
- Provide data inputs to internal stakeholders
- Flexibility and Availability for any ad-hoc business requirement
- Ensure Confidentiality, Availability and Integrity of Data
**Key Deliverables (KRA Measure)**
- Establish controls on Transaction Processing aiming for a Zero Defect Output
- Report and Publish Transaction Quality Metrics
- Providing coaching and feedback on QA findings
- Provide Feedback and suggestions for improvement
- GAP Analysis & Controls
- Adherence & record maintenance to Tech M QMS Requirements
- Continuous Focus and Drive to meet and exceed SLAs
- Carry out Quality Initiatives
**Applicant’s Specifications & Qualification**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication **(Cantonese)** in an international process
- Knowledge of usage of MS tools-Intermediate level (Excel, word, PowerPoint)
- Good Knowledge of QA Audit and Evaluation function
- Coaching and objection handling skills
- Good understanding of QA calibration
- Analytical bent of mind
- Ability to handle pressure and a natural go getter
Salary range: up to 7k Basic _(Must be negotiated based on the current salary and experience)_
**Allowances**:
- Transportation allowance: RM 500 per month (pro-rated)
- Night shift allowance: RM 550 per month (pro-rated)
**Benefits**:
- In-patient Medical benefits up to 80K USD (for each individual), for self, spouse & children (if any).
- Out-patient Medical benefits up to 250 USD (for each individual), for self, spouse & children (if any).
- Optical benefit up to 120 USD (for each individual), for self, spouse & children - Claimable after completion of 1 year for permanent/converted employee only.
- Dental up to 500 USD (for each individual), for self, spouse & children - Claimable after completion of 3 months for permanent/converted employee only.
- Annual Leave 10 days for first 2 years, 12 days after completion of 2 years (prorated).
- Medical Leave as per Labor law - 14 days.
- Bereavement leave - 3 working days in an event of death in the immediate family (Spouse, Children, parents).
- Maternity Leave - for 98 consecutive days for female associate. To start not earlier than 30 days from the expected due date, or post the due date.
- Paternity leaves - 7 days
Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
