**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service for clients in the Malaysia, Singapore market.
- Efficiently resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to comprehend Chinese and communicate in writing and verbally is preferred.
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Immediate joiners and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in reading Chinese, and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
