Compile and review material and service requests from various departments.
- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) in line with procurement policies.
- Monitor and track the status of POs, deliveries, and contract timelines.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Respond to inquiries from internal departments and suppliers regarding order status, changes, or cancellations.
- Compare prices, specifications, and delivery terms to recommend the most suitable vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information.
- Ensure that goods and services purchased meet required quality and quantity standards.
- Track inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
- Assist in sourcing new suppliers and obtaining quotations when needed.
- Liaise with the finance department for timely processing of payments and invoices.
- Perform buying duties as required, including emergency or ad hoc purchases.

**Requirements**:

- Proven 1 year experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Good knowledge of inventory and procurement software or ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be able to converse in Mandarin

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
