Account and HR Executive

**Requirements**:
- At least Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in account or other equivalent training, education, and experience.
- Responsible and good team player
- Advanced MS excel skills
- Knowledge of software accounting
- Able to analyse and present data in an impactful & convincing manner
- General understanding of the accounting principle
- Positive person, enjoys dealing with people at all levels and a strong communicator
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle full sets of accounts and daily accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and proper supporting documentation and recording.
- Responsible for month-end and year-end closing of accounts including P&L, Balance sheet, Prepayments, Fixed assets
- Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system
- Prepare internal reports for the company through compiling information example Account receivable (AR),Account Payable (AP) and general ledger (GL)
- Responsible for the creditors aging, payment to supplier and claims. Ensure effective accounting procedures including credit control.
- AR monitoring and handling client’s account by timely billing to and collections from customer and update in system
- AP monitoring on verify invoice, liaise with, review and prepare payments to vendors on schedule.
- Liase with auditors, tax agent, legal ,bankers and government authorities when required.
- Assist in the budget process and maintain budget vs actual monthly record.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned by the superior
- Recruitment and selection activities-Scheduling and arranging for interview, handling pre-employment process and on boarding process
- Support daily HR operation and paper works in accordance to HR policies and procedures including staff attendance and leave record, process expenses claims, medical claims, OT and allowances calculation
- Assist in in implementing HR policies and procedures in line with the company’s business goals and objective
- Communicate verbally and in writing with all level of staff and management, statutory and government agencies, insurers and other outside parties on HR related matter
- Any other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned by the superior
